Our team continues to get excited about the many new projects coming online with our Touché Lighting Control solution. From one room, to one floor, to many floors (or buildings), it’s been great to see our users experiencing increased efficiencies, cost savings, and meaningful return on investment — all with a solution that’s simple to understand and use. Two of our recent projects show just how flexible the system can be at multiple scales.
In Richmond, Texas, the Touché solution was recently installed in a 3-story, 100,000-square-foot expansion at the Fort Bend Justice Center. The expansion will bring the total square footage at the Justice Center to 365,000. The neoclassical building with a 5-story domed rotunda houses 17 courtrooms, judges’ chambers, and grand jury rooms. In addition, the lower level includes holding cells for incarcerated adults and juveniles. Obviously, in a facility such as this one, the lighting controls need to be highly reliable — something the Touché solution consistently delivers on.
On a smaller scale, our solution was also recently installed as part of an office remodel at the world headquarters for Simpson Thacher law firm on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan, New York City. Simpson Thacher has been advising clients since 1884 and is ranked as one of the top 5 corporate law firms in the United States, according to Corporate Board Member magazine. With such a commitment to excellence and providing top-notch representation, we’re proud that they chose Touché to be a part of lighting up their space for their team and clients.
